Does every physical tag have a unique QR?
No. Tags in one production batch share a stable QR. The coach separately gives the winner a private code for the specific award slot; the adult must use that code with the real team and game before a reservation can begin.
Can a family claim more than one reward from the same award?
No. One verified award creates one entitlement total. The family chooses one eligible offer at one participating location.
Do parents or children create accounts?
No normal family or child account is required. A parent or guardian verifies by email and can use that same email to find the reward later.
Can a sponsor see family emails?
No. Sponsors receive approved public placement and aggregate reporting. Claim emails are not sponsor leads and are not exported to sponsor workspaces.
Is a sponsor commitment a payment?
No. The current form records interest and proposed terms. Payment, acceptance, cancellation, and any remittance are completed under separate written offline instructions.
Can one business be both sponsor and reward partner?
Yes, through two separately approved relationships. Sponsorship funds or supports the program; reward partnership means the business provides and confirms an offer.
What if a reward is already marked redeemed?
Partner staff should not honor it again. The family should contact the league, which can review the audit trail and, when justified, record a controlled reversal.
What happens when a partner PIN is exposed?
A partner manager should rotate it immediately, tell affected staff, and review recent redemptions. PINs should never be printed for customers or put in POS notes.
Are stories, photos, or videos required?
Never. They do not affect the award or reward. Each enabled optional use requires its own adult choice and league moderation; publication is a separate step. Production video submission is currently disabled.
Can a family remove media?
A verified adult can submit a media-withdrawal request. The league removes publication and the platform processes the related provider cleanup subject to necessary audit and legal records.
What if the player's team or game is missing?
Do not choose a different one. The league must fix its schedule, program-game link, claim window, or award slots.
Is BagTag a registration, roster, or scoring platform?
No. It imports the minimum team and schedule context needed to verify recognition. The league keeps its existing registration and game-management systems.
Does BagTag certify a sponsorship as tax deductible?
No. BagTag does not determine a league's tax-exempt status or whether a payment is deductible. Sponsors should rely on the recipient's written documentation and their own adviser.
What happens if a league is suspended?
Its public program and operational flows should stop until the lifecycle issue is resolved. Existing audit evidence remains available to authorized administrators.
How do I report a privacy or security issue?
Use the verified privacy-request flow for family information and media. Use the contact in the Privacy Notice for urgent security, accessibility, or legal issues.
