How BagTag works

Tags after the game. Rewards from the neighborhood.

You run the program. Families never create an account. BagTag staff review the league before it appears on the public site.

Hand out a tag
After each game, one standout player per team gets a physical bag tag with a unique QR code.
A parent claims it
They scan the tag, pick the team and contest, and confirm by email. One claim per award slot, guaranteed.
Redeem locally
The reward email lists nearby partner offers. Show a confirmation code at the counter — that's the visit.

Local shops apply with a location and an offer families can redeem. You approve each application before anyone sees them.

Held for review, then you go live

Submitting this form creates a private workspace — not a public league page. You can add a logo, season, and share sponsor/partner links immediately. BagTag staff turn the public site on after they approve the league.

What sponsors donateSay how many bag tags you need for this sport, then set one proposed season sponsorship. It cannot fall below the tag order. Sponsors see the proposed breakdown and indicate how they would handle BagTag's 10% fee. The public form records interest only; acceptance and payment happen under separate written instructions.
