1. Application and acceptance

An application is a request to participate, not approval. The applicant represents that it is an adult authorized to bind the business and that all identity, contact, location, insurance, accessibility, and offer information is accurate. A partnership begins only after league approval and any required invitation or written terms.

2. Offer commitment

The partner will honor each valid selected reward according to the exact published benefit, purchase requirement, dates, exclusions, locations, capacity, and restrictions. It will not add an undisclosed fee, account signup, marketing consent, substitute, or data request at the counter.

3. Locations and availability

The partner keeps participating addresses, timezone, public phone, hours, closures, accessibility information, and offer assignments accurate. It promptly pauses unavailable locations or offers and gives the league advance notice of material changes when practical.

4. Counter procedure

  • Inspect the live BagTag screen and selected business, offer, location, status, and expiration.
  • Check the physical tag and the limited player display without requesting extra family information.
  • Enter the current private location PIN where required.
  • Submit once and wait for an on-screen success result.
  • Provide the promised reward, then punch the physical tag.
  • Escalate errors to a trained manager; do not improvise another confirmation.

5. One-time integrity

The partner will not pre-confirm, backdate, duplicate, counterfeit, transfer, or reuse a reward; share confirmation links; or accept screenshots where the live flow is required. A completed redemption is final unless an authorized league administrator records a documented reversal.

6. PIN and account security

Each location PIN and staff session is confidential. The partner limits PIN knowledge to trained current staff, does not display it to customers or store it in public notes, rotates it after staff changes or suspected exposure, removes departed members, and reports suspicious activity promptly.

7. Family privacy

Partner staff receive only the information necessary to confirm one reward. They may not copy, photograph, export, retain, sell, share, or use a parent email, player display, claim, or confirmation for marketing, profiling, POS enrichment, or any unrelated purpose. A family must independently choose to give information directly to the partner outside the BagTag confirmation.

8. Products, premises, and safety

The partner is solely responsible for product safety, allergens, age restrictions, licensing, taxes, insurance, staff conduct, premises, accessibility, and compliance with consumer law. It will answer material product questions before the family accepts the offer and maintain commercially reasonable insurance appropriate to its operations.

9. Revisions and public profile

Profile, logo, location, and offer changes may require league review before going live. The partner grants the league and BagTag a limited license during the relationship to host approved marks and copy. It warrants that submitted material is authorized, accurate, accessible, non-infringing, and appropriate for youth audiences.

10. Reporting

The workspace may show the partner aggregate redemptions and operational status. It does not provide a family list. The partner must not attempt to re-identify a person from counts or combine BagTag reporting with outside data to infer a claim.

11. Staff roles

Partner admins manage the organization; managers may maintain approved locations, offers, and PINs according to role; counter staff receive only the minimum workflow. The organization is responsible for all actions under its members and credentials.

12. Suspension and termination

The league or BagTag may pause an offer, location, or partnership for inaccuracy, unavailability, complaints, safety, fraud, privacy breach, credential risk, unlawful conduct, or material breach. The partner must honor already selected rewards when reasonably possible or cooperate on a fair alternative. On termination it stops using program marks and protects any retained records.

13. Indemnity and liability

The partner will defend and indemnify BagTag and the league against third-party claims arising from its products, premises, staff, offer, taxes, false information, infringement, privacy misuse, or breach, except to the extent caused by the indemnified party. The public Terms' liability limits apply unless signed terms state otherwise and to the extent permitted by law.

14. Contact and disputes

Operational issues go to the participating league; platform legal issues go to support@bagtag.com. Unless signed terms control, Florida and Tampa, Florida apply as described in the Terms.

These documents describe the current BagTag service. A signed order or negotiated agreement may add terms for a particular organization. If you need this document in another format, use the accessibility contact in the legal center.
