1. Respect for rights
BagTag users may submit optional stories, logos, photos, and videos only when they have the necessary rights and permissions. We may remove or restrict material and suspend repeat or serious infringers under the Acceptable Use policy.
2. Copyright notice
- Identify the copyrighted work or representative list.
- Identify the allegedly infringing BagTag URL or material precisely enough to locate it.
- Provide the reporting party's name, mailing address, phone, and email.
- State a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- State under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the reporter is authorized.
- Provide a physical or electronic signature.
3. Where to send
No designated DMCA agent is represented as registered on this page. Send an ordinary copyright/takedown report to support@bagtag.com; BagTag will process it, but does not claim statutory safe-harbor status merely by publishing this policy.
4. Response
We may preserve evidence, remove or disable access, notify the submitter or league, request missing information, and record the decision. We may reject abusive, fraudulent, incomplete, or misdirected notices.
5. Counter-notice
Where the statutory process applies, we may restore material after the required period unless the complainant gives notice of a filed court action. Youth privacy or safety may independently justify continued removal.
- Identify the removed material and its former location.
- State under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
- Provide name, address, phone, email, consent to the legally required jurisdiction, and acceptance of service from the original complainant.
- Provide a physical or electronic signature.
6. Other rights
Trademark, privacy, publicity, harassment, or safety complaints should identify the right, person, material, URL, authority, and requested action. A copyright counter-notice does not override privacy withdrawal or child-safety rules.
7. Misrepresentation
A person may be liable for knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice. Consider qualified legal advice before submitting one.
