Acceptable Use and Content Guidelines

1. Be truthful and authorized

• Claim only an award actually given by the league.
• Use your own identity and email and accurately state your authority.
• Submit an organization, offer, sponsorship, application, or authorization only when allowed to act for it.
• Do not impersonate a parent, player, officer, sponsor, partner, or staff user.

2. Protect youth

• Do not direct a child to complete an adult flow.
• Do not publish or submit a child's direct contact, school schedule, precise routine, account credentials, medical details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
• Do not sexualize, exploit, threaten, bully, shame, rank, or harass a child.
• Do not use BagTag data to recruit, profile, target, or contact a child.

3. Respect privacy

• Do not copy family information to sponsor, POS, CRM, messaging, or personal systems.
• Do not photograph confirmation or admin screens containing personal information.
• Do not re-identify aggregate reports or combine them with outside data to infer a family.
• Use built-in privacy, moderation, audit, and export controls only for their documented purposes.

4. Keep the service secure

• Do not share or automate magic links, tokens, invitations, sessions, or PINs.
• Do not enumerate emails, claims, rewards, tenants, locations, or identifiers.
• Do not bypass rate limits, access controls, lifecycle gates, moderation, or offer restrictions.
• Do not introduce malware, scrape at scale, probe vulnerabilities without written authorization, or disrupt service.

5. Content rules

• Submit only content you have the right and authority to use.
• Do not submit illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, violent, sexual, dangerous, or personally invasive content.
• Do not include third-party brand marks without permission or imply endorsement.
• Do not use a highlight as advertising unless the recorded permissions and league policy expressly allow it.

6. Fair reward use

• Do not reuse, sell, transfer, counterfeit, or alter an entitlement or confirmation.
• Partner staff must confirm only at the selected eligible location and must not backdate, pre-confirm, or invent a redemption.
• Do not ask a family for an undisclosed purchase, fee, account signup, or personal information.

7. Enforcement

BagTag or the responsible league may remove content, invalidate a claim or reward, rotate credentials, suspend access, preserve evidence, notify affected organizations, or report conduct where reasonably necessary. Decisions may be appealed through the responsible support or legal contact when required.

8. Reporting

Report urgent child-safety risk to appropriate emergency or law-enforcement services first. Report platform privacy, security, infringement, or misuse through the contacts in the legal center. Do not include unnecessary sensitive material in the report.
